My stay at Hotel At The Park was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, but noise from the street made it tough to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good each morning, though I had some issues with water pressure and temperature in the shower.
Rooms

The room was comfortable and clean, but the sound traveled easily, and I could hear kitchen staff quite early. Morning sunshine flooded my room since it had multiple windows without curtains, which might not be ideal for sleeping in.
Service

Service was definitely a highlight. The staff, especially in the breakfast area, was friendly and accommodating. Jessica at the front desk was lovely and made me feel really welcomed throughout my stay.

The hotel's location couldn't be better! It's right across from a lovely park, perfect for exploring the vibrant Old Town and its lively atmosphere with easy access to restaurants and cafes.

Breakfast was undeniably good, featuring an array of fresh fruit, great Colombian coffee, and local dishes like arepas and eggs. I looked forward to it each day.

While the hotel had a small plunge pool and a rooftop terrace, the latter was under construction during my stay, which limited access. The pool wasn't very sunny, making it feel a bit cave-like.

My stay at Hotel At The Park was good. The location in the historic center was perfect for exploring, and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. However, I did experience some issues with the water pressure in the sink, and the hot water in the shower fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit concerning.

I had a pretty good stay at Hotel At The Park overall. The location is unbeatable, but there were a few hiccups, especially with noise and some facility issues. The breakfast was fantastic, though, which definitely helped start my days off right.

My room was spacious and clean, but it had no windows, which might feel a bit odd for some. The design feels very much like old Cartagena, so there’s a certain charm to it.

The hotel has a quaint plunge pool, but it felt a bit cave-like with limited sunlight. The rooftop area was undergoing work while I was there, which was a bummer as it could’ve added to the experience.
